Location: Villanova d'Albenga (SV)
For one of our construction sites in the province of Savona, we are looking for a Job Accountant profile, a figure responsible for measuring and accounting for work performed directly and/or by subcontractors.
Specifically, the activities required are:
- Measure the quantities of work performed and, on the basis of the data collected and recorded, prepare the Statements of Work Progress (SAL) to be sent to the Works Management for approval and for the issuance of the payment certificate.
- Prepare the Statements of Work Progress of subcontractors.
- Analyze price list and contract requirements for optimization of costs and related revenues.
- Establish, in consultation with the Construction Manager, appropriate rates or prices for variation of work and/or addition of new work.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager in the preparation of any documentation for claims.
- Prepare the Final Statement of Work.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Works Accountant in construction companies specializing in civil engineering.
- Knowledge of work measurement and accounting systems.
- Diploma of Surveyor.
- Knowledge of SAP application is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate.
