Open position: Site Administrator

Location: Aosta (AO)

Sinelec is seeking a candidate—reporting functionally to the Administration, Finance & Control Department—to handle the following activities at our Aosta work site regarding the upgrading of the Cote De Sorreley and Signayes tunnels to meet the safety requirements defined by Legislative Decree no. 264 of October 5, 2006.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing construction work accounting;
  • Recording subcontractor work progress statements (SIL/SAL);
  • Recording material delivery notes;
  • Verifying the accuracy of the supplier invoicing process by cross-referencing invoices with work progress statements (SAL) and/or delivery documents;
  • Preparing and monitoring project cash flow;
  • Collecting and verifying documentation regarding social security compliance for companies operating on-site;
  • Managing monthly status updates, monitoring work costs, and preparing reports;
  • Supporting the Project Manager in preparing the project budget;
  • Maintaining all administrative documentation.

The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate continuously and constructively with the team and liaise with various departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics;
  • At least 2 years of prior on-site experience in the role (preferably within companies operating on a project/contract basis);
  • Essential requirement: excellent knowledge of Excel and general proficiency with IT tools and management systems (knowledge of SAP is preferred);
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
  • Precision, a methodical approach, and proactivity, combined with teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Flexibility and the ability to approach the role with adaptability and openness to innovation;
  • Good command of English (B2 level).

Contractual Classification and Compensation

  • Applicable Collective Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Compensation: The initial gross annual salary for this position will be no less than €35.000,00.

 

Any variable components or benefits will be outlined at a later stage and governed by applicable company policies.
